When The Music's Over ...

... it is time to say good bye! For professional reasons my personal journey through the world of music ends at this point. I want to thank everybody for following over the years, being a friend, visitor or guest. Have a good time, keep the blues alive and your eyes open: maybe I'll come back or start a new blog sometime.

All the best

This is a sad day indeed.
You worked so hard on this, you offered a lot to music lovers and, being there myself, I know how hard it is to give up something you created and took care of, like your baby, for such a long time. It's hard to give up that baby, knowing there is no one to take care of him/her anymore.
But the music is not over. It lives on and will always live as long as there is art, artists and people like you to promote both.
Good luck with your new career endeavours. I'm sure you'll be successful, as long as you show the same passion, devotion and love you showed for this blog.
And, maybe, just maybe, some day you'll find the time and need to upload a record or two here. Just to let us know you are fine and that you still need to vent off musically. Carpe diem!

I would just like to thank you for all your hard work BG, it has been appreciated by all of us who frequented Southern Blues Rock and then BluesGambler. I was always amazed at how quickly you would respond in the Requests section and give me some links to albums that I could never find anywhere else. All the best for your future and keep the blues alive
