Blues Blasters is the name of a sevillana-onubense blues band, created in 1996 from the remnants of Caledonia Blues Band, the most important Andalusian blues and R & B groups. Initially adopted the name Blues Machine, name with which they released their first album, but after a change of formation, they renamed as Blasters.

In June 1996, just two months after the dissolution of the Spanish blues band par excellence, Caledonia Blues Band, two of its members, Mingo Balaguer (Harmonica) and Quique Bonal (guitar), they decide to launch a new project under the name of Blues Machine. The group complete vocalist J.M.Morueta, Alberto Miras (piano, organ), Fernando Torres (bass) and Huelva young drummer José Mena.
